Prospective & New Student Resources
Students interested in attending Indiana University School of Medicine - Lafayette (on the campus of Purdue University) must first apply and gain acceptance into the Indiana University School of Medicine (IUSM). Once they have been accepted into IUSM they will be asked to complete a form listing their preferences for center assignment.
